05/01/20 Update: Willow Health and Aesthetics COVID-19 Policies and Procedures

Willow Health and Aesthetics is very excited to reopen our office. In order to do so safely and to adhere to the enhanced COVID-19 healthcare guidelines we have created new COVID-19 policies and procedures to keep everyone safe and healthy.

Our priority is maintaining your health and the health of others; therefore, we must minimize all physical contact and practice social distancing (staying 6 feet apart) when possible. Following these precautions may seem extreme but they are necessary to make sure we are doing everything we can to provide a safe environment for everyone. If you do not feel comfortable following this protocol, please let us know and we can reschedule your appointment.

The following COVID-19 guidelines and precautions adopted by Willow Health and Aesthetics are based on strict CDC infection control guidelines developed to minimize the risk of disease transmission to patients, healthcare workers, and others. As additional information becomes available this protocol may be updated or revised. Please read this protocol carefully and contact our office with any questions or concerns.

Botox, facial filler, and laser services are considered non-emergent and elective procedures. All patients are asked to thoughtfully consider the risks versus benefits for themselves. Patients in higher-risk groups for COVID-19, such as those over age 60 and those with compromised immune systems, diabetes, or lung and heart conditions, are encouraged to delay or postpone having these elective procedures.

Please be responsible and caring of yourself and others. The medical providers at Willow Health and Aesthetics will frequently monitor and reassess these policies and procedures.

Bring a pen: you will read and sign a COVID-19 Attestation Form and a COVID-19 Risk Informed Consent before being seen (these forms will be provided at the office – you do not have to print these before your visit).

Self-assessment: if you are not feeling well or have any of the symptoms listed in the screening questionnaire, please reschedule your visit.

  • Check your temperature at home. If you are running a fever, please reschedule your appointment.
  • Wash your face so that your skin has no makeup for your appointment.
  • Wear a cloth face covering that covers your nose and mouth, regardless of symptoms. We will remove this at the time of treatment.

  • You will clean your hands and complete the COVID-19 Attestation Form.
  • Please arrive alone – no visitors!

After Patient Screening:

If a patient reports not having symptoms and no fever is detected, they will be directed to a treatment room. Patients should still wear their cloth face covering until directed otherwise and maintain a safe distance (at least 6 feet) whenever possible.

After Patient Appointment:

Immediately after departure all surfaces within 6 feet of the patient will be thoroughly disinfected. Appointment times are scheduled with sufficient time between to allow thorough disinfection of office and to respect social distancing protocols.
